RV series high-performance cycloidal gear reducers for robotic arms adopt double cycloid wheel-pin gear housing precision meshing technology to achieve a single-stage transmission ratio of 11-289 and a rated output torque of 50N·m~4200N·m. The cycloidal gear reducer is certified by ISO 1328-1:2018, and its axial rigidity is 3 times higher than that of planetary reducers. It is designed for high-precision scenarios such as six-axis collaborative robots and medical surgical robotic arms. It is compatible with 100W-7.5kW servo motor interfaces, has a repeatability accuracy of ±10 arc seconds, and a protection level of IP67 (NEMA 6).
