Nmrv series worm gear reducer (Nmrv Worm Gear Units) adopts a double-pitch worm + bronze worm gear precision meshing structure, with a rated output torque ranging from 1.3N·m to 879N·m, and is suitable for 0.06kW-15kW motor power. This series of Worm Gear Units is characterized by right-angle output and compact design. It is designed to provide cost-effective transmission solutions for medium and low loads and intermittent operation scenarios such as food machinery, automatic door control, and packaging production lines. It supports 24-hour continuous working conditions (S5 working system) and has a protection level of IP55.

NLGI grade 2 lithium-based grease (operating temperature -20℃~120℃) is recommended, and relubrication is required after the first 500 hours of operation.
Q3: Can the input shaft be connected to a servo motor?
Yes, a customized flange interface (IEC standard or NEMA standard) is required and an elastic coupling is configured to reduce radial load.
