RV series cycloidal pinwheel reducer adopts cycloid-pin gear precision meshing technology to achieve a single-stage transmission ratio of 7-87 and an output torque range of 35N·m to 6,300N·m. With zero backlash and high rigidity as its core advantages, the Cycloidal Pinwheel Reducer is designed for high-precision scenarios such as industrial robot joints, CNC machine tool rotary tables, and automated production lines. It is compatible with servo/stepper motor interfaces, has a protection level of IP65, positioning accuracy ≤1 arc minute, and repeat positioning accuracy ±15 arc seconds.
High-precision cycloid transmission
The cycloid wheel is carburized and quenched (HRC58-62), the tooth shape error is ≤5μm, and the transmission efficiency is ≥90%.
Compact modular design
The axial size is 40% shorter than that of the planetary reducer, and supports 8 installation configurations: flange/shaft-mounted/foot-mounted.
