The F Series Parallel Shaft Gear Motor adopts parallel shaft helical gear transmission technology, which is specially designed for high-frequency start-stop and continuous heavy-load conditions. It is suitable for a power range of 0.1kW-160kW, and the torque output covers 50N·m to 25,000N·m. This series of Gear Motors achieves rapid matching of reducers and motors through modular combination design. It is widely used in engineering machinery, steel smelting, port lifting and other fields, and meets the stable operation requirements in harsh environments such as high temperature and high dust.
Parallel shaft high-efficiency transmission
Gear meshing efficiency reaches 95%, which saves 15%-20% energy compared with the worm gear structure.
Heavy-load bearing capacity
The gear material is 20CrMnTi alloy steel, and the tooth surface contact strength is ≥1100MPa.
