Product Overview

RV series cycloidal pin wheel precision reducer is specially designed for industrial robot posture adjustment joints. It adopts double cycloidal wheel-pin gear housing precision meshing technology, transmission ratio range 11-289, output torque 35N·m-6500N·m. It is suitable for 50W-7.5kW servo motor interface, positioning accuracy ≤1 arc minute (ISO 1328 standard), protection level IP68, through impact resistance test (100G/6ms) and extreme temperature change cycle verification (-40℃~150℃), meeting the needs of high-precision scenarios such as aerospace and collaborative robots.

Cycloidal wheel is cryogenically treated (-196℃ liquid nitrogen quenching) + vacuum carburized, tooth surface hardness HRC60±2, meshing clearance ≤3μm

Impact-resistant integrated design

The housing is cast with Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, with a bending strength of 950MPa and a vibration value of ≤0.8mm/s (ISO 10816-3 standard)
